Harmony aims to make our design process as transparent as possible.
Our design process first starts with a phone consultation followed by an onsite meeting with our design team which results in a client proposal. Upon moving forward with a project the client then needs to provide us a copy of their property survey as well as a deposit for the work that is to be done.
The second phase of our process is to develop a basemap, do zoning research as well as a thorough site analysis. This allows us to draft and render a complete concept design that is presented to you. Once all is finalized and approved we are able to move forward with budgeting and planning for your entire project.
