We are looking to grow our team by adding a motivated and reliable Landscape Foreman. If you are a hard worker, reliable and are looking for an opportunity to run a crew within our company, we want to hear from you. Prior landscape experience is required along with a valid NJ driver’s license. Positive & professional attitude is a must!! SKILLS NEEDED: Crew Supervision, Machine Operator: Skid Loader, Mini excavator, Horticulture experience including tree and shrub planting, Low Voltage Lighting Installation, Drainage and Grading, Fence Installation, Equipment Maintenance, Comfortable with a computer, Ability to read/layout survey plans. Work requires , frequent shifts in direction, Detail-oriented - would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture, High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment. We offer competitive pay and approximately 55 hours per week. Schedule: Monday to Friday 10 hour shift Weekends required. Overtime available.

The Landscape Production Manager is responsible for managing the installation teams at HDG. This includes supervising the staff, acting as a liaison between office & field, interacting with clients during construction, ability to understand installation plans & troubleshoot when necessary is key to success in this role. It is essential that the FPM can multi-task & pivot from one priority to another easily and confidently. Duties include Team and Project Management. Skills needed are the ability to be organized and manage multiple projects at one time, read and understand landscape construction plans, working knowledge of materials (plants, hardscape materials, lighting) , understanding of grading and drainage, strong leadership skills – can earn respect of team members & promote and discipline as needed. Qualifications 1+ years of experience as a Production Mgr. or 3+ years’ experience as a Senior Landscape Foreman, Valid driver’s license, Speaks English & Spanish fluently.
